Let's Get Specific With The Universe's Flow.
Part 5 in our Abundance Series.

I hope you’re enjoying the abundance series as much as I am. Today I have a guided meditation for the Wise Women, you’ll find it at the bottom of this letter. I’ve created something a little different this time, this meditation is actually a guided EFT script, which you can use in your tapping session if that’s something you’d like, or you can pop some headphones on, get comfortable and let the words wash over you, sink into your mind and heart and let them begin to dissolve some of those limits we put on our abundance. The music I’ve chosen for this meditation is set to 417HZ. This frequency is said to help clear negativity and self-doubt, and help to eliminate subconscious negative beliefs that hinder you from achieving your dreams. It’s the first meditation I’ll be sharing with you in 2026, but definitely not the last.
In 2026, we walk the old paths together
through plant-spirit medicine, embodied ritual, intuitive teachings, and meditative journeys that gently call forth your inner Wise Woman.
When it comes to abundance, one of the most powerful things you can do is get specific about what you want.
Most people know what they want in a general sense…
“I want more money.”
“I want new friends.”
“I want a better life.”
But vague desires create vague outcomes.
The universe responds to clarity.
If you say,
“I want to earn more money,”
and this year you make one dollar more than last year —
technically, you manifested exactly what you asked for.
You received “more.”
Just… not in the way you hoped.
This is why specificity matters.
It gives your intention shape.
It gives your energy direction.
And it gives the universe something to work with.
Instead of saying,
“I want to earn more money,”
try,
“I am calling in $70,000 this year,”
Instead of saying,
“I want more friends,”
ask yourself:
What kind of friends?
What qualities do they have?
What do you enjoy doing together?
What do they bring out in you, and what do you bring out in them?
The clearer you become,
The stronger the signal you send.
Specificity is not limiting —
It’s empowering.
It shows the universe that you know what you want,
what you’re ready for,
and what you are willing to receive.
Today’s Action.
So choose one thing you want to bring into your life.
Just one.
And refine it.
Define it.
Shape it.
Let it become so clear inside you
that you can see it,
feel it,
and name it without hesitation.
Because when you stand in that kind of clarity…
The universe doesn’t have to guess what to give you.
It can finally say,
“Ah. I know exactly what she wants. Let’s begin.”
And once you know what you want —
stand in it.
Be unapologetic.
Release the shame, the hesitation, the fear of wanting too much.
So many of us have been taught that it’s wrong to desire money or success, or anything else.
That wanting more somehow makes us greedy or unspiritual.
Particularly, money.
But money is simply energy.
It’s a tool.
A resource that allows you to nourish your body,
support your work,
care for your family,
and give generously to others.
Money itself isn’t evil —
It’s what we do with it that determines its energy.
When money flows, like a river,
it nourishes everything it touches.
But when it’s hoarded in fear,
the flow stops. (Aren’t we living in that reality right now?)
Abundance thrives through circulation —
through giving, receiving, sharing, and creating.
So be specific.
And then be unapologetic.
Stand strong in what you want.
Not from a place of entitlement
but from a place of alignment.
From knowing your worth.
From honouring your path.
Practical Ways to Hold Your Vision
Write your desire down daily
until it becomes part of your energetic identity.
Place it on your vision board
and let it be the first thing your eyes rest on each morning.
Guard your dreams wisely
share them only with those who will honour them,
not diminish them.
And always, always affirm your worthiness:
I am worthy.
I am worthy of receiving.
I am worthy of the life I’m calling in.
Because you are.
You always have been.
And when you stand unapologetically in that truth,
The path of abundance opens.
